How My Koro helped Competition Cloud increase conversions by 32%

We’d not previously worked with an outsourcing contact centre before and weren’t sure of the process or how if it would work with our business. The team were really helpful in designing an approach that would work for us. We very quickly saw the impact for our business with a big jump in the number of conversions we were getting.
