Job: Telesales Customer Interaction Agents / Tele Research Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced telesales Customer Interaction Agents / Tele Research Specialists to join our team. The core responsibilities of this role will include making outbound sales/promotional/research calls, taking inbound sales calls, following scripts, maintaining a friendly and professional manner, and achieving sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Make outbound sales, promotions and/or research based calls to customers using provided call lists and scripts.
  • Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to ensure consistency and accuracy in campaign communication.
  • Build rapport and maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with customers.
  • Meet and exceed both qualitative and quantitative call and conversion targets and KPIs set by the company.
  • Update customer information in the company database, keeping accurate and detailed records of all conversations with customers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals and targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all campaigns, scripts and offer to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Continuously improve personal performance through training and call listening exercises and feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A High school diploma, and/or relevant formal qualifications is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment, preferably in outbound and inbound sales/marketing or research-based roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer objections effectively.
  • Ability to follow scripts and guidelines accurately and consistently.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position
  • May be required to work weekends and evenings
  • Fast-paced environment with high call volumes
  • Sitting for extended periods of time and using a computer for most of the workday
